Some residents in Throgs Neck were forced to deal with the elements Wednesday as a nor'easter hit the borough.
Businesses like Frank's Pizzeria stayed open for anyone who was out and about. Tom, who has worked at the pizzeria for more than 20 years, says there was foot traffic throughout the day.
Tom says it wasn't as busy as usual, but there were deliveries here and there.
