Allergy season has officially begun, and experts say there are ways to find relief.
Experts say it's time to start thinking about how to try and counter symptoms like sniffling and sneezing.
April showers bring may flowers and usually pesky allergy symptoms.
Coughing, sneezing, and sniffles become common for many, once flowers and trees in the area begin to bloom.
However, doctors at Essen Medical say there is relief.
"The most important thing people can do, knowing they get seasonal allergies, is to take some sort of medication like Clairtan or Zyrtec. But the most important thing is they should take it a few days before they actually become very congested," chief medical officer Dr. Sumir Sahgal says.
Doctors are urging their patients to take  precautions going into the allergy season.
