A second arrest has been made in the murder of a Hamilton man who was lured to his death under the pretext of buying a PlayStation.
The Mercer County Prosecutor’s Office arrested Akmal Alvaranga Friday.
Alvaranga has been charged in connection with the death of Danny Diaz-Delgado, 20.
According to police, Diaz-Delgado went to Hamilton Township thinking he was going to buy a used PlayStation for his brother, which was up for sale on social media.
Police say Diaz-Delgado was found face down, with his hands tied behind his back and tape around his face. He had been shot multiple times.
Police arrested Rufus Thompson three weeks ago on similar charges.
Officials say Thompson told Diaz-Delgado he was selling the PlayStation, but police say Thompson never had the gaming system.
