After 13 decades, performers to grace the stage of the Tarrytown Music Hall have ranged from Mae West to Bon Jovi.
A local chocolate manufacturer built the theater in 1885. Now it has a spot on the National Register of Historic Places.
Executive Director Bjorn Olsson says the nonprofit theater hosts everything from stage shows to movie screenings and music acts.
In the intermission of a recent screening of "Gone with the Wind," Olson says three women approached him and said they were sitting in the same seats they used in 1939 when they first saw the movie.
