Bronx residents help clean up parks, gardens to celebrate Earth Day

Bronx residents headed outside Sunday to enjoy the warmer temperatures and celebrate Earth Day.

People turned out to Jerome Garden Plaza to participate in an “It’s My Park” Earth Day event.

Volunteers and Friends of Mosholu Parkway gathered to beautify the park.

Bronx residents were painting benches, raking leaves and providing some general cleanup in the area.
