Police: 1 dead following triple shooting on Prospect Ave.

THE BRONX -

Police are investigating after a triple shooting left one man dead Tuesday night.

Officials say it happened just after 10 p.m. on Prospect Avenue.

Upon arriving on scene, police found a 26-year-old shot in the chest and back, a 17-year-old shot in the head and a 29-year-old with a gunshot wound to the leg.

EMS rushed all three victims to the hospital. News 12 has learned that the 26-year-old died at Lincoln Hospital. The other two remain in critical condition.

Authorities are continuing to investigate. No arrests have been made.
