PELHAM BAY -

Police are asking for help finding two suspects who robbed a Verizon store in Pelham Bay.

The act happened at the location on Crosby Avenue Sunday afternoon around 3 p.m., where robbers got away with about $23,000 in electronics.

The two men can be seen or surveillance footage approaching a lone store employee with a gun.

The employee then led the men to the store basement at gunpoint where they grabbed phones, tablets and smart watches from an open safe.

The men bound the employee's hands with tape and fled.

The suspects were both wearing gloves and one had his face concealed by a mask.

Anyone with information is asked to call Crime Stoppers at 1-800-577-TIPS.
