A Bronx restaurant is taking the simple science of a burger and a beer and turning it on its head.

The Bronx Burger House in Riverdale offers more than 17 different burgers as well as several beers on tap.

Customers rave about the Mexi-Cali, an avocado, egg and jalapeno jack cheeseburger.

The head chef says using different cuts of beef is the secret behind a flavorful burger.

"Most places just use a good chuck [beef] and that's it," says chef Andre Elsaieh. "With short rib you get more of a beef flavor."

The burger house has also brought celebrities through their doors, with country star Blake Shelton recently coming in for a meal.
