Cellphone video shows woman going on angry subway rant

THE BRONX -

A video posted to social media shows a woman yelling at passengers allegedly unwilling to give up their seats for a mother and her three children on a New York City subway.

The incident happened Thursday aboard a Bronx bound 4 train.

The woman allegedly became enraged after passengers aboard the train refused to give their seats up for the black woman and her three children.

She allegedly made a comment saying " If this was a Jewish family who needed a seat, then people would have gotten up."

Her comments caused a Jewish man on the train to intervene and he allegedly asked the woman not to make her argument about race, which resulted in at least one passenger taking video on their cellphone.
