A suspected scam artist is under arrest for allegedly renting out a home he didn't own.
Police say Vernon Glass, of Far Rockaway, rented the North Woodmere home to at least three victims.
He allegedly changed the locks and connected the electricity before he started renting the home out and posing as a landlord.
Police say Glass was arrested after the real landlord found out that his key didn't work.
Glass is facing a slew of charges, including burglary, grand larceny and criminal mischief.
Police are searching for more possible victims. Police are asking anyone who thinks they may be a victim to call 516-573-6453 or 911.
