A Park Slope restaurant is serving up a variety of craft beers and organic bar-style favorites.

The Double Windsor is located on Prospect Park West.

The neighborhood craft beer bar offers a rotating variety of draft beers.

Employees at the Double Windsor say their organic and fresh bar food pairs nicely with beers.  

They take extra care to make simple dishes like their buttermilk fried chicken sandwich which takes three days to prepare.

Chef Anthony Leslie says the chicken soaks in a brine overnight, transfers into buttermilk the following day, and is dredged twice over several hours before finally being fried and served.
