A restaurant in the Bronx is cooking up fine foods by a chef who has worked with some of the most talented in the industry.

Fine Food Cuisine is located in the Van Nest section of the Bronx, and chef Alhagie Jallow opened the business years ago.

Jallow has worked with renowned chefs like Kerry Simon and Bobby Flay, but it wasn't always his dream to get into the restaurant business.

He says he got a job working at a restaurant after he migrated to the U.S. from Gambia to go to college and needed some cash.

Now, he's made a career out of it.

He says his most popular dish is a seafood one which consists of mussels, calamari, shrimp and linguine.

An entire lobster is added to the dish which comes served in a carved out pineapple.

Jallow says his customers appreciate the great taste of his dishes just as much as their unique presentation.
