Police: Man in women's underwear exposed himself to field hockey team

Suffolk police arrested a man Thursday for allegedly exposing himself to the West Babylon High School field hockey team last week.
Police say Edward Foley, 29, entered a portable toilet near the school's field last Thursday and changed into a pair of women's underwear. They say he then opened the door, exposed himself to the team and fled the scene.
Following an investigation, Foley was arrested at his Bronx home Thursday morning. Police say a coach on the field was able to take a picture of Foley's license plate and give the photo to police.
Police say Foley is a food deliveryman who was making deliveries near the school.
Foley has been charged with two counts of endangering the welfare of a child and criminal trespassing on school ground. He is scheduled to be arraigned Friday.
Foley has allegedly committed similar crimes at schools in Manhattan and Westchester County.
Police are asking anyone who might have been a victim of the alleged act to contact the 1st Precinct Crime Section at (631) 854-8148.
