Ballroom instructor teaches next generation of dancers
Professional ballroom dancer Roman Lerner and now owner of Brooklyn's Dance Studio in Gravesend is determined to pass his dance skills to a new batch of dancers.
His studio offers a variety of different dance classes for all ages.
Lerner's passion now is teaching younger students the art of dance and competition.
"I just want to pass this information to the next generation. Time passes by so quickly, and once your time is up you want someone else to take your spot," Lerner says.
After traveling the world to compete since the age of 10 years old, he says he wants others to experience it.
"My parents were always working and dance took me off the streets and taught me structure," Lerner says.
He encourages anyone to take a class and give it a try.
