Police in South Brunswick are warning residents about "distraction burglaries."
The incident happened Saturday around 1:20 p.m.
An 84-year-old woman says two people came to her house claiming to be from the water department.
According to police, the suspects told her they needed to conduct a water test.
Police say the suspects walked around for about 15 minutes and left.
It was confirmed there was no scheduled work to be conducted by a water company at the home.
The first suspect is described as a white male who appeared to be 20-30 years old, wearing a dark blue shirt and jeans. 
The second suspect is described as a black male who appeared to be 20-30 years old, wearing a dark blue shirt and jeans. 
The suspects were wearing lanyards with credentials when the incident occurred.  
There is no word if they stole anything from the home.
