Over a million New Jersey residents who traveled for Thanksgiving are making their way back to the Garden State today.

Highways and airports are preparing for a high magnitude of travelers as the TSA projects that this Sunday after Thanksgiving could be one of their top 10 busiest days of all time.

They say about 25 million travelers will have been screened at airports across the country between Nov. 16 and Nov. 26.

Newark Liberty International Airport was expected to screen about 70,000 people a day during that period.

The roads aren't expected to be any less crowded as AAA says this is the busiest Thanksgiving holiday for travel in 13 years.

They cite the 5 percent increase in travel from last year to lower gas prices.
