Tenants at Throgs Neck Houses complain of low water pressure, dry taps

Tenants at the Throgs Neck Houses say they're fed up with the building's low water pressure and dry taps.
They say they've been dealing with water issues for over a year.
William White, a resident, says it's often a guessing game to see if they'll have water for the day.
News 12 previously reported on the building's ongoing water issues back in October, in which tenants say their water troubles were resolved for only a short period of time.
Tenants tell News 12 The Bronx that they've been told by housing officials that the development needs a new boiler.
NYCHA said in a statement, "As a result of our aging infrastructure, we will increasingly see these intermittent issues arise, but staff were able to identify and address the source of these leaks."
Families say they've been forced to put up with the lack of adequate water for too long.
