Stuffed panda in Park Slope tree puzzles spectators

The cold weather didn't keep spectators from checking out a wild scene in Park Slope.
Someone perched a life-sized stuffed panda up in a tree. Residents say it's been there for quite some time without the city moving it.
“It's been rained on and snowed on for quite a while, but definitely [adds] some positive vibes to the block. People stop, they smile, they take pictures,” says Adam Cobb, who lives near the panda.
According to the Parks Department, the panda that has become quite famous will soon be rescued from the tree.
