Amazon says you need less than 10 tools to assemble it, and it doesn't require interior finishing. The kit is manufactured by Allwood and costs almost $4,000. Amazon also sells a tiny home kit from the same vendor. Tiny homes have emerged as a way to cope with skyrocketing rents, or to let buyers customize their properties.
