Clothing store The Bronx Native is teaming up with Netflix to create limited edition T-shirts for the documentary "Knock Down the House," inspired by Rep. Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez's run for Congress.
The Bronx Native was one of the first places Ocasio-Cortez visited on her campaign for Congress. Netflix released the documentary about her journey to Congress earlier this month.
The former bartender shared an inside look at her story, alongside four other women running. The Bronx Native says Netflix reached out to them due to Ocasio-Cortez's impact in the Bronx.
The T-shirts are not for sale, but Netflix says it will be distributing them at select screenings across the U.S.
The Bronx Native plans to host a viewing party as well.
