Police: Brentwood man takes Uber to rob Dunkin' Donuts

According to police, Andrew Sandson handed a note to the employee behind the counter at Dunkin' on Grant Avenue in Brentwood around 9:30 p.m. Sunday.

A Brentwood man is accused of taking an Uber to rob a Dunkin’ Donuts.
According to police, Andrew Sandson handed a note to the employee behind the counter at Dunkin' on Grant Avenue in Brentwood around 9:30 p.m. Sunday.
The note said he had a gun and to give him cash.
The employee handed over the money, and Sandson allegedly took off in his waiting Uber.
A customer got the license plate, and the Uber driver led police to Sandson's home.
The Uber driver was not involved in the robbery.
