Surveillance video shows armed suspects break into Chaves Bakery

BRIDGEPORT -

Surveillance video shows four men accused of breaking into a Chaves Bakery in Bridgeport.

The incident happened Wednesday around 4:30 a.m. at Chaves Bakery on Madison Ave.

The video shows two of the four men armed with guns and wearing masks and hoodies.

The suspects can be seen striking a door before getting inside the building as employees are working.

The owner tells News 12  the five men broke into a back gate behind the store, and an employee threw a chair at the men and turned off the lights inside before they all ran away.

He says it's the second time in five months that the shop was targeted.
