Gov. Murphy on Friday compared yearly budget negotiations in Trenton to a bad sitcom -- and says he wants to change the script. But what does that mean for this year's budget, which overwhelmingly passed both houses of the Legislature Thursday without the governor's millionaires tax? Joining News 12's Alex Zdan to discuss is Charlie Stile, columnist for the Record.
