Police have released an image of a man they want in connection to a fatal stabbing in Olinville Sunday.
The incident happened around 2 p.m. where News 12 is told a 30-year-old was stabbed in the neck.
News 12 is told when police arrived, they found O'Brian Maxwell lying on the floor of the fourth floor stairwell, unconscious and unresponsive.
The person wanted for questioning is described by police as a man in his early 20s, last seen wearing a red tank top with numbers on the front, black pants and white Adidas flip flops.
News 12 is also told the building where the stabbing occurred was originally slated for market rate apartments, but that has since changed. Most tenants previously lived in homeless shelters, accepting Housing Prevention and Development (HPD) vouchers to move in.
Police have deemed the incident a homicide.
