An exhibit in Manhattan allows you see what it would be like to be a spy.
SPYSCAPE in Manhattan opened in February 2018 with the goal of self-discovery - for each visitor to learn something about themselves they didn’t know before.
SPYSCAPE general manager Ian Oldaker says most people have the abilities and skills to be a spy.
“Spies are such normal people who have great skills, and all of us have a lot of those skills as well and we try to help people unlock those,” says Oldaker.
SPYSCAPE consists of seven different galleries that each feature a different skill challenge within the espionage world.
“These are skills that you can actually apply in the real world right now. Every day there are incidents of hacking and surveillance all over the world and it’s good to know why those are happening and how you might be able to combat against them,” says Oldaker.
