MELROSE -

Police are searching for two men connected to a shooting last month that injured multiple people.

News 12 is told three people were shot along 166th Street on Sunday, June 23 around 3 p.m.

Surveillance video released by the NYPD shows the two men walking on the sidewalk when they approached three individuals on Findlay Avenue and 166th Street.

Officials say they got into an argument before one of the suspects holding the gun started firing.

News 12 is told the gunman shot a 17-year-old man and a 26-year-old woman in the leg and grazed the third victim in the arm before running off. All three were transported to NYC Health + Hospitals/Lincoln in stable condition.

Detectives are working to figure out the motive behind the shooting.

Anyone with information is asked to call police.
