Bronxites close out summer with free drive-in movie

The Parks Department hosted a drive-in movie at Orchard Beach Friday night, a last hurrah for many before school starts in less than two weeks.

The free screening of 'Aquaman' was a chance for parents to relive the days of drive-ins and perhaps experience it for the first time with their kids.
 
The event was part of Beach Days & Riviera Nights, a series of events sponsored by the Parks Department, Councilman Mark Gjonaj, The Friends of Pelham Bay Park, and Bronx Recreation.
