More than two months after a Bronx man was killed in a hit and run, his family has yet to hear any updates about the case.

Christopher Nieve's family says it has been two months since he was killed They say their continuous calls to investigators have left them with more questions.

Nieve's was walking home to the apartment he shared with his mother when he was hit while crossing Bruckner Boulevard near Austin Place. The tragedy happened on June 16.

The NYPD released pictures two days later of the vehicle they said was believed to be involved in the crash.

"It's call me back, call me back, every time we call you, call me back ... we don't even have a we're gonna start doing something, we have somebody in mind, we don't even have that, so right now it's just all up in the air, " said Nieve's uncle Boris Pinto.

The NYPD says the investigation is ongoing, while the Bronx District Attorney's Office is actively investigating as well. Neither have commented.
