AT&T employees secretly subscribed users to its DirecTV Now streaming service in an attempt to fake growth ahead of a merger with Time Warner, according to a lawsuit as reported by Bloomberg. In some examples, employees charged customers and created multiple fake accounts after pretending to waive a fee. AT&T says it plans to fight these claims.

WeWork parent, The We Company, will likely postpone its initial public offering after facing a chilly reception on Wall Street. Investors have continued to question the company's worth and governance, even after the company cut its valuation and revised the power of executives.

FedEd will increase shipping rates for all air deliveries by nearly 5%. The new rates kick in on Jan. 6 next year. The delivery company says it will also increase rates for its ground and home delivery units as well.
