Officials say the investigation into the death of a 40-year-old father from Alabama in the Bronx has been reclassified as a homicide.
As News 12 has reported, 34-year-old Jimmy Rosario claims he punched Troy Scott in self-defense on June 22.
Scott later reportedly died from injuries he received in that punch.
