NYPD: Group beats man, pushes him down the stairs inside Sunset Park building

A man was left beaten in his Sunset Park building Sunday afternoon.
Police tell News 12 the man got into an argument with people living in his Eighth Avenue building just before 3 p.m.
They say one man allegedly hit the 47-year-old man in the face and even pushed him down the stairs.
One of the men also grabbed the victim’s cellphone and smashed it on the ground. Then another man pointed a gun at the man’s head and threatened to shoot him, according to police.
The NYPD is looking for multiple men who they believe to be responsible.
The victim had minor cuts and bruises, but he refused medical attention.
