BK woman who went into Bronx Zoo’s lion exhibit arrested, faces trespassing charges

The Brooklyn woman made "infamous" for climbing into the lion's den at the Bronx Zoo is now facing charges.

The NYPD tells News 12 that 32-year-old Myah Autry called police to turn herself in and was arrested at Barclays Center.

News 12 is told she now faces two counts of criminal trespassing.

Cellphone video that went viral shows Autry getting into the Bronx Zoo's African Lion exhibit last month.

The video shows her doing some sort of dance in front of the animal.

Authorities say she also went into the giraffe exhibit.
