A Suffolk inmate is accused of throwing human waste at an officer last month.
Police say Dimitri Robert used a milk carton to scoop water from a toilet containing feces, then doused a corrections officer with it at the Suffolk County Jail in Riverhead.
Officials say the liquid hit the officer in his face, arm and chest.
As News 12 has reported, Robert is currently being held on murder charges in the shooting death of his brother back in October.
