Stamford police are searching for the driver who fled the scene after crashing into a utility pole early Tuesday morning.

Stamford police search for driver who snapped utility pole in half
Stamford police are searching for the driver who fled the scene after crashing into a utility pole early Tuesday morning.
The crash knocked out power and shut down Belltown Road from Toms Road to Ledge Lane until 2 p.m.
The pole was snapped in half.
Anyone who believes they know the driver or may have seen the crash is asked to call Stamford police.
