Synergy Fitness. These moves will use your core to work on your posture and balance.
Start by sitting up straight with your legs out in front of you. As long as you can sit up straight comfortably, grab a weight, put your arm above your head and then lift one leg and inch it forward, and then lift other leg and move forward. Keep both your arm and back straight.
After you move 10 times, switch arms and move backward.
