'Tag Public Arts Project' promotes legal graffiti artwork in the Bronx
BRONX - Although there is a lot of illegal graffiti in the borough, some artists are doing it with permission.

Graffiti artist John 'Crash' Matos started tagging subway cars when he was younger, but now tags legally worldwide. He recently painted a brand new Ferrari thats being showcased in an art gallery in the Hamptons this weekend.
Art Southampton runs from Thursday to Monday at the Southampton Elks Lodge.
