BRONX - Although there is a lot of illegal graffiti in the borough, some artists are doing it with permission.

Four different artists contributed to a series of murals along Westchester Avenue at Glebe Avenue, each conveying a different message.

Jay Sinxero-Beltran started the “Tag Public Arts Project” a couple years ago. They team up with building owners to create beautiful, legal artwork.

Graffiti artist John 'Crash' Matos started tagging subway cars when he was younger, but now tags legally worldwide. He recently painted a brand new Ferrari that’s being showcased in an art gallery in the Hamptons this weekend.

Art Southampton runs from Thursday to Monday at the Southampton Elks Lodge.
