TREMONT - A building superintendent in Tremont has been arrested and charged with burglarizing tenants' apartments.

The Bronx District Attorney's Office says Christopher Kyler stole belongings, including jewelry and electronics, from five apartments.

Police tell News 12 that Kyler had previously been arrested five times for burglary.

Residents say they are upset that this is the first time they are hearing of Kyler's criminal record.

Bail was set at $750. The case was adjourned until March 19
