Police say a 12-year-old girl was robbed of her necklaces in broad daylight in Soundview on Valentine's Day. According to police, the girl was robbed of her two necklaces just before 12:30 p.m. Police say the girl was walking on Stratford Avenue when she was approached by two people. The pair pushed the girl against a wall and snatched two of her necklaces that she was wearing. The suspects ran off towards East 172nd St., leaving the girl without her chains and pain to her neck. The girl was treated by EMS at the 43rd precinct and is OK physically.
