Officials say Cesar Mendez was last seen Saturday around 2 p.m. on St. Lawrence Avenue.
They say he disappeared wearing a grey hoodie, black pants and black and white sneakers.
Anyone who has any information on Mendez’ whereabouts is urged to contact the police at 800-577-TIPS.
