At least two people are dead after five cars and two mopeds collided on the Bronx River Parkway, police say.
The accident happened at 12:58 a.m. near Gun Hill Road and 233rd Street.
Officials say a 23-year-old man and a 21-year-old man were ejected from their mopeds. They were both taken to hospitals where they were pronounced dead.
A woman in one of the cars suffered injuries to her neck and back, according to police.
At this hour, the exact number of victims is unknown including the corresponding injuries.
