Police are looking for two people who slashed and robbed a man in Melrose earlier this month.

The 31-year-old victim was approached by a man and woman in front of 351 E. 152nd St., according to police. One of them displayed a knife and slashed the victim in the torso while the other took his phone, wallet and sneakers.

The victim had minor injuries and went to NYC Health + Hospitals/Metropolitan on his own.

The perpetrators left the scene with the victim’s items.
