Two teens are now charged with assault for allegedly pistol-whipping a student after school in Newburgh.
The violent attack on a 15-year-old in October outside of the Newburgh Free Academy was recorded by a student who was watching.
Police say a BB gun that looked like a firearm was used in the assault and has been recovered.
They say one underage teen was arrested yesterday. Another arrest is pending.
