Police say a 68-year-old man was riding a Citi Bike around 9 a.m. Saturday near Pitkin Avenue and Barbey Street when a man approached him and told him to hand over his belongings. According to police, the victim said no, and the suspect allegedly began to beat the 68-year-old man. The suspect ended up stealing the victim's phone and a chain.

The victim suffered a broken nose and broken wrist.

On Tuesday, police released video of two people who they are now searching for in connection to the crime. Police say the video is from inside a subway station at the corner of Van Siclen and Pitkin avenues. The two suspects allegedly worked together even though only one of them was in the previous video.
