Bronx tenants file lawsuit against landlord for deplorable living conditions

The Tenant Rights Coalition filed a lawsuit in Bronx Supreme Court Monday against Moshe Piller, who ranks fourth on the public advocate's list of the city's worst landlords.  The group says it is seeking
