Belmont fire victim posthumously honored for saving lives
<p>Emmanuel Mensah, the Army National Guard soldier who died while saving neighbors in last year’s Belmont fire, was honored posthumously today with the Soldier’s Medal and the New York state Medal for Valor.</p>
