MTA spring customer survey for 2023 goes live May 28

The Metropolitan Transportation Authority wants to hear from riders in their spring 2023 customers count survey.
Commuters will be able to give their input about New York City Transit, Long Island Rail Road, Metro-North and Access-A-Ride paratransit.
Anyone who completes the survey will be entered in a random drawing to win a $50 OMNY gift card.
The survey will be available online until May 28.
