Wednesday marked the second annual Rise Up Concert at Orchard Beach, where Bronx residents flocked to see The Lox, Ja Rule and other artists. 

The concert ran until 9 p.m. and served as a salute to hip-hop ahead of the genre's 50th anniversary.

News 12's Brittany Cadet spoke with concertgoers at Orchard Beach about the festivities.
