The husband of a Bronx day care owner who is facing federal charges for the fentanyl exposure death of a 1-year-old has been arrested in Mexico, according to law enforcement sources.
Sources tell News 12 that Felix Herrera Garcia was detained in Mexico. He is the fourth suspect to be arrested in this incident.
The U.S. Attorney's Office released photos of Herrera Garcia on Monday, exiting the back door of the day care with bags, moments before emergency medical personnel arrived at the scene.
