A 16-year-old has pleaded guilty to a fatal 2021 shooting in Huntington Station.

Suffolk County District Attorney Ray Tierney tells News 12 that Ramon Lyons admitted to gunning down Luis Cameron RImmer-Hernandez. Lyons was only 14 at the time of the shooting.

Prosecutors say they caught the teenager because of surveillance video and social media posts, which they say showed Lyons admitting to the killing.

He is expected to get 12 years to life in prison when he is sentenced in November.
