Police say a man was found dead inside his Soundview home Sunday afternoon.

According to the NYPD, 37-year-old Roman Luna was found unconscious and unresponsive with injuries around his body in his home on Lafayette Avenue. EMS responded and pronounced him dead at the scene.

The medical examiner is investigating the cause and manner of his death.
